Nothing to fault.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. I loved being able to walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. The staff was also quite friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome.

I was disappointed with the outdated bathroom facilities. The shower could definitely use an upgrade as it was not very powerful and the water temperature was difficult to control.

Excellent location near the Cathedral. Authentic Alsatian style. Affordable price with breakfast included, featuring tasty French cheese and fresh orange juice. Convenient proximity to the Christmas market. Lovely experience overall.

The rooms facing the back narrow alley may be a bit noisy until late evening due to a nearby restaurant's exhaust system. However, this can easily be managed by keeping the windows closed or opting for a room facing a different direction.

This hotel is definitely worth the price! The location is unbeatable, right beside the stunning cathedral in the center of town. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, even going so far as to upgrade our room when they saw my wife's walking difficulty. Speaking of rooms, ours had a fantastic view of the cathedral spire and a huge bathroom. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast served in the adjacent Café Suisse. this hotel provided excellent value for money and we were not disappointed.

No negative aspects, everything was great!
